We are a family business that specialises in very high quality large format graphics and display components. That includes printed graphics across a wide range of applications from photographic, to events and displays, to signage; and it includes laser cutting and engraving ranging from the very intricate and small through to 2M high letters, POS items, and components.
We are technical experts in our field across large format printing and laser cut/engraving, performing all calibration and profiling in house to achieve the best quality results.
In addition to our focus on the print and laser production, we cover ALL the preparation and graphical artwork services, and the finishing of the product. However we do not "go-out" to fit signs.
Our Customers
We have a wide range of customers, and they fall into three distinct groups. Home, Business and Re-seller.
Everyday people use our services for anything from photo printing and enlarging, canvas or engraving pictures, and various forms of domestic signage and labelling.
We produce display solutions, event graphics and signage for businesses crossing our whole product range. Most jobs are bespoke 1-off jobs, ranging from canvas for the office/reception, to industrial signage labelling and marking, to shows and events. We have developed a number of specialist products for this market, including totally dead-pan non-reflective graphics that look correct with zero glare under stage/spot/video or even photographic flash lighting. And products to meet fire regulations in various applications. And print that looks correct under specific lighting conditions (colour temperature matching). We also produce from the very small to complete walls of panelled graphics.
We also operate as an "oem" manufacturer, where we are the hidden manufacturing plant for another company that sells our products under their own name. As such we take on a wide range of work on their behalf meeting very high quality standards. We are frequently manufacturing graphical products indirectly for "household name" companies; the work is sent to us as one of the few places that can match strict corporate colour requirements (pantone matching) AND produce large format to close examination photo quality AND do it at a good price AND to a dead line ! Resellers form a significant part of our business and range from Self-employed photographers to large organisations.
Pricing Policy
Our pricing policy is to give an honest and fair best possible price we can, whilst still being sensible and viable for business, and without any loss in quality or grade of the products, and no hidden costs. Prices are directly related to material costs and production time; where we can make savings we pass those savings on, where there are material increases and we cannot compensate for those increases, we warn & advise of upcoming increases – but where possible we aim to keep all prices stable.
Materials have been increasing in price from all suppliers and across most types of material from vinyl, all board and sheet materials, ink, paper and hardware this last year. We have been able to compensate for many of these increases by switching to using more & more UK manufactured materials, and through bulk & minimum quantity buying. This web site shows just a small selection of what we do – many more items are available – please ask for quotes on items you do not see here... as well as the items you do !
If products are to be shipped - we simply ship them at cost using a cost effective next day carrier (typically £6.95+vat for non-oversize items for most of the uk mainland, please ask for quotes for outer areas and oversized items, or quantity)
Materials Policy
Our materials policy is to sensibly balance a number of requirements.

We only use materials which print with superb quality and colour range (including signage materials), last well and perform well. e.g. we do NOT use cheap canvas that cracks or flakes with aging, and only use the best quality museum grade photo papers.

where possible we buy British manufactured raw materials, for both reliability and performance, for reliability of supply and these days for good pricing too !

Reliable supply, and reliable consistency between batches

Environmentally responsible - this is always a balance between source and type of the material, how long the material will last, safety (e.g. fire rating) of a material for its application, and the environmental impact of disposal of both waste and products at the end of their useful life. For a given application we will advise the best compromises that we are aware of.

Cost - We look to bring in raw materials at the best possible price we can, given that they meet the above criteria.

Where possible we minimise waste to be disposed of. Off-cuts too small for us to use or store, we offer to schools or other organisations that could make good use of it, and in the case of packaging materials, we re-use incoming packaging for outgoing packages - in that way both recycling and keeping costs down for our customers.
